Cool spot in old town Folsom it's pretty busy but they have indoor and outdoor seating. We tried the iced Tesoro, Loco Moco burrito and a Chef's bowl. The food was surprisingly fresh and tasty and the Tesoro is refreshing. There were several other interesting things on their menu to try so we are looking forward to another visit.

probably one of my new fav matcha spots located right near the folsom historic district. cute little spot to grab a drink or small bite. emphasis on the small -- there's not many spots to sit (esp when it gets busy). friendly staff and quick service.

Love the stellar service and ambience here. I've come loads and their seasonal menu always offers something exciting. Or, if you want a classic go for the tesora. Can't go wrong with it! I've worked from here, laughed from here, brought friends here and come alone. Spot is great on all accounts. Only thing is - prepare to wait in line and realize that the tables inside are competitive! If you have a big group come early.

Stopped by for the first time after going to the Folsom farmers market. We got ice Matcha lattes with their homemade syrup. These were absolutely fantastic. I've tried a lot of Matcha in the area and this stands to be in our top five. There were lots of people in the coffee shop having breakfast or working. I think this would be a great place if you wanted to get out of the house while working from home. It's a cozy café that probably comfortably fits about 20 people. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Folsom area.

So happy I found this place! Yummy drinks and delicious food items. I had to be in town for work and stopped here for coffee, breakfast and lunch both days! Their matcha is of quality and I can't wait to be back for their breakfast items! They have a delicious sourdough for their avo toast and turkey sandwich, which I dream about often. Also looks like a great place to get some work done as there is seating inside and outside. Staff were great and helped with recommendations too.

Such a fun vibe here! Located at the corner end of a 3 story shopping lot, this spot was hard to find depending on which way you take. I was recommended this spot by another business when I mentioned I was craving coffee. I love how detailed the menu is and how customizable everything is. I ended up ordering the iced Tesora. It had cinnamon, honey, and vanilla. I was obsessed. It wasn't too strong but also wasn't too sweet. I also got their chicken pesto panito (like a panini and burrito). The pesto was super flavorful, and it came with a tangy sauce which I loved. There's a good amount of seating with some outdoor seating as well. Also great music! Definitely an upbeat trendy vibe.

I have seen this place on Social Media and I even had a do worker mention it to me and I was excited to check it out. There is no parking lot for it so you have to park on the street or in the 2 hours max spaces around the back of the building it's part of. We were immediately greeted upon entering by a friendly face. We learned that there are no sugar free flavors and they only have oat as their alternative milk. Pay attention to the descriptions as some drinks are seasonal and some ONLY come iced. The inside is fairly small with limited seating but it's very funky and colorful. They have some cool mixology tools and mixes which is really different for a coffee shop but really interesting. I tried the teddy graham which basically tasted exactly like a smores! It came with a tiny strip waffle on top, so CUTE. Some of the flavors are really interesting and I will be back to try their manhattan spice coffee.

I've been following Sociology on social for a while and the drinks always sound and look so fun and delicious. I was in Folsom for some meetings and ended up walking distance from Sociology so I decided to stop in. There is parking available all over Historic Folsom, so it's easy to grab a spot. I ended up in a 3 hour lot (free parking) at Wool and Leidesdorff and walked right across the street and down the stairs to Sociology. It's a very chill spot with seating inside and outside, it's small but there were plenty of seating options. They offer a good variety of coffee and non-coffee drinks including fun mocktails. They also offer tacos, toasts, panitos, salad and a bowl option. I ended up just ordering a sparkling limeade ($6.50) with their seasonal mango coconut housemade syrup and it was so refreshing. It was the perfect late afternoon pick me up and the housemade syrup was the perfect touch. The staff was really friendly, especially since it was my first time in and I had a hard time choosing with all the amazing options. I'll definitely make this a regular stop when I'm in Folsom. I want to try some of the fun mocktails and some of the coffee options.
